T-shirt printing technology

Thermal transfer printing – digital printing

Textile printing technology enabling printing of full-colour motifs from 1 piece. Print size can be up to 420×297mm. Printing is carried out by the technique of transferring the colour motif under heat and high pressure directly onto the textile fibres.

Cut graphics – Stripflock, Videoflex

Textile printing technology with excellent properties. It is suitable for printing from 1 piece. The motif must be cut out with a plotter. It is therefore inscriptions, logos, simple images. This technology is best suited for printing jerseys and high-load, frequently washed garments. The print can have a smooth rubber surface – Flex, or a soft velvet surface – Flock.

Screen printing

T-shirt printing is permanent and very durable. Screen printing technology is suitable for larger series of one motif. Screen printing is recommended for series of 20 pcs or more, because the preparation of the print is more expensive due to the need to make a screen.

Embroidery

Machine embroidery is considered to be a more luxurious type of application and is mainly carried out on more expensive types of materials such as polo shirts, sweatshirts or jackets. The main limitation is the inability to transfer fine details or intricate motifs. The colouring is governed by the spectrum of coloured threads. Embroidery can contain up to 12 colours. So-called 3D embroideries that stand out from the surface of the material are fashionable. Machine embroidery can also be used to make patches or embroidery appliqués. Embroidery can be combined with printing.
